About Beatriz Ripley Jimenez:
Born and educated in Spain, I left home at 16 and moved to the UK to study the relevant A-Levels prior to gaining entry to UWE to study Bio medical Sciences. I recently graduated with a 2.1 and I am currently studying MSc Molecular Genetics and Genomics at Nottingham University.
Independent, hard-working and motivated I aim to complete my Masters degree in August of 2022 and consolidate a career as a researcher in the area of Medical Genetics. During my Masters degree I will gain practical experience performing PCRs, gene cloning techniques, DNA sequencing and Western Blotting among others.
