Managing the distribution fleet, including ensuring on-time deliveries, and full compliance with the fleet.
Creatively problem-solve and come up with solutions & identify opportunities to improve our processes, equipment and layout to make us faster and more accurate
Maintaining health and safety standards by promoting a positive safe culture on site and ensuring the site is compliant with legal requirements
Working closely with Central Operations to ensure we meet our distribution centre performance KPIs. • Oversee logistics to ensure everything is running smoothly
Manage, motivate and support the distribution centre staff within a time-sensitive and demanding operational environment, with a view to delivering team performance and productivity

Scheduling and rota optimisation to meet targets and efficiency criteria
