As a recent graduate from East 15 Drama School, I am eager to bring my dedication, reliability, and strong work ethic to a new professional environment. My training has equipped me with exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of teamwork, and the ability to thrive under pressure. I am committed to finding a role where I can apply these skills, consistently deliver high-quality results, and contribute positively to the team. I was a Boarding Assistant for girls aged 11-13 at The Dragon School in Oxford. I demonstrated strong leadership by overseeing the welfare and development of students in a residential setting. My responsibilities included ensuring a safe and supportive environment, organizing and leading extracurricular activities, and providing guidance and mentorship. I excelled in managing daily routines, resolving conflicts, and fostering a sense of community among students. Through this role, I developed exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, which I am eager to bring to a new professional opportunity.
