• Supported the Head of Franchise with tender negotiations with our franchise partners. Most recently for our UAE Partner, I built a financial model to forecast the EBITDA position for H&B and the partner over the next 5 years with multiple scenarios. The final agreement resulting in additional profit of £1m across next the 5 years. 
• Forecasting the EBITDA benefit of entering new markets in Poland, Japan & Vietnam. 
• Margin analysis to help identify low margin products in China. This led to increasing the selling price of 37 products and increased our overall margin rate by 2%.
