Young hard working lad. enthusiastic Self driven  

I would describe myself as an hard-working enthusiastic person with an
attention to detail. I would also describe myself as a team player. I am a
very approachable person suited for a team leader role. Myself I play
bowls for Welsh bowls team. In 2023 I have experienced a lot of success
when competing, highlights for myself winning the Welsh U25 singles and
representing the Welsh Junior team and winning the home nation series in
my final year. Hopefully 2024 will be another great year for myself with
more success. Currently working in an fast pace warehouse environment.
Part of an team in goods in area but also multiskilled to work in all
departments of materials team. I have been in charge of a small team
during my currently employment. My duties were to plan work organise
schedules maintaining H&S. Completed company Team leader training courses.
After this I was given the opportunity to progress to the Module Warehouse
team leader which I was for 16 weeks, Due to personal reasons I gave the
job up and went back to a previous role. Since then I have been placed in
the goods in section help current team leader and stand in team leader
help maintain high standards. My responsibilities include training staff
and stock-checking and general Warehouse operative duties. Currently
wanting to give myself the opportunity to lead a team myself again in a
new business and use the skills and techniques I have learnt over the
years to progress myself and the business.
