I am a Conversation Designer at Chip, and I am responsible for our in-house Chatbot. This ranges from creating a draft of the chatbot, or a specific conversation flow within the main bot, presenting this to VP stakeholders, creating and testing the flow, then setting it live and monitoring for our metrics.
