Personal Statement
I am a conscientious, hardworking and reliable individual, who has always tried to excel in everything I undertake. As a competitive athlete, I have excellent organisational skills needed to manage my training alongside my work commitments as a service technician. I have a positive and caring nature, able to communicate with people of all ages thanks to the social side of sport and my work and voluntary experience. I strongly feel that my skills and achievements to date, would be of benefit to your organisation and I would thrive in a working environment that prides itself on professionalism. I am self-disciplined, motivated, with a desire to succeed.
Highlights
Part of the winning GB 4 x 400m relay team at the European U23 Athletics Championships in 2017.
Bronze medallist for GB 4 x 400m relay team at the European U20 Athletics Championships in 2013.
Individual Gold medallist over 400m at GB U17 Championships in 2012 and U20 Championships in 2013.
3 x Individual medals over 200m at the British Indoor senior Championships in 2016, 2019, 2022.
Competing as an England and GB athlete at Junior and Senior level

I work as a Service Technician for an environmental monitoring company. My roles within this company involve sales (both online, in person and at trade shows), logistics, service and support, accounting, IT, website design, and stock room work.

Athletics Coaching 2015 – Present
Although I run competitively for Newham and Essex Beagles in the British Athletics Premier League, I train locally at venues around Cambridge, Bury St Edmunds and Newmarket. I began my athletics career in 2009 training with Newmarket Joggers, a club for all age groups and abilities ranging from aged 5yrs through to 80yrs. I regularly plan and coach sessions, demonstrate drills, advising on running mechanics and techniques for different aged groups which I enjoy.
In 2023 I completed a UK Athletics Level 1 coaching course and I aim to complete Level 2 in 2025.
