This included ensuring that all legal and compliance training was maintained and up to date including areas of Food Hygiene, Technical and Health & Safety legal requirements. I managed a team of Trainers and Co-Ordinators that delivered across a variety of areas, both in person and online and worked with the Plant Director and Senior Leadership Team to roll out innovative changes to futureproof the business. I have developed Front Line Leader training to all leaders within the business to ensure that the culture and management of the business is as effective as possible. I have a good working knowledge of various learning management systems that ensure that the 200 people on plant are managed effectively in their ongoing training and personal development.
