Hello My names Benn I am ambitious and driven. I thrive on challenge and constantly set goals for myself, so I have something to strive toward I know what I won’t in life and won’t stop till Iv achieve it !

I’m 22 years old and did a 3 years mechanic maintenance and repairs course at college and I am fully qualified, I always been interested in the mechanics of machinery and how they work etc. When I worked at Leadec I knew every job on the track and how to correct and repair the track to keep it going,the maintenance guys there saw my interest and embraced it and spent all there spare time teaching me about the equipment and how to reset and repair it which was commended to me on many occasions by the maintenance manager. I have a enthusiasm for learning about any kind of equipment and how to repair it and maintain it, I seem to soak it up like a sponge. Jaguar Land Rover we’re I currently work i work to strict dead lines and under pressure, but I would like to pursue a career in maintenance and become a maintenance engineer. I can promise you a hard working young person eager to learn and put all my effort into everything I do and show you what I can achieve if just given the chance.
