Services offered
Adaptable QA Engineer, I find genuine satisfaction in establishing testing frameworks within fast-paced environments. I enjoy the challenge of translating business requirements into rigorous test cases, using my diverse background to look at systems from angles others might miss. I am driven by the end user experience as well as understanding of business priorities. A bug is not simply a bug, it equates to money as it could have an impact on either gaining new customers and / or retaining them. This is why testing is so essential. Having great features is not enough, they need to be part of an appropriate workflow within a fluid UX.

Additional Professional Experience
Assistant winemaker & Assistant team leader in Production
Wiston - UK | Vintage 2021 & Sept 2022 - April 2023
Château Roche de la Rigodière, France | Vintages 2020, 2021, 2022
As I worked in the wine industry, I have a strong understanding of the importance of simple but effective processes whilst maintaining strict quality control standards in a high-pressure environment. Strong team communication is key to ensuring safety and quality. In the testing world, this translate to following the process in place to avoid confusion and minimizing down-time. Effective communication allows a quicker resolution time and as a result a better quality. Emergencies do happen in software development as they do in winemaking - it is all about how we handle it as a team.
Real Estate - Director and co-founder
BeeVee Property Solutions Ltd - UK | 2017 - Today
Being a business owner myself, I understand the importance of the wider business vision and the negative impact of a poor quality product. As for testing, I always weigh the technical difficulties versus the end user added value. My knowledge of running a business has given me the ability to not just see a bug as a bug but as having an impact on the business. A high quality product equals happy and growing customers which positively impacts the business. This is why Testing is so essential. My experience of designing houses has a similar approach as a poor floorplan will be a show stopper to rent or sell a property.

Hove Lagoon, The Beach - UK | July 2025 - Today
Being an instructor, I need to translate technical concepts into simple instructions whilst also having a lot of fun and ensuring rapid progression. In the testing world, this translate as a bridge between technical teams and end-users. Clearly written bug reports and test cases ensures effective use of the team’s time, as well as spotting workflows that need enhancement from an end user point of view.
Education
MSc Geosciences - Geology of Exploration and Reservoirs
UM2 Montpellier, France | Sept 2010 - Jun 2012
After my bachelor in earth sciences, I did my MSc specialized in Reservoirs, aiming for either Oil & Gas, Mining or Hydrogeology domains. The courses consisted in field trips where a strong analysis at all scales - from the grain size to the landscape - is required in order to understand the past and link it to the present : could this be a reservoir or was it a reservoir ?
During my MSc, I did two work placements for Schlumberger. First studying the logs from the well data in order to asses the rock types and the structural. The second one was using the seismic data, a much bigger scale with less precision. To assess a reservoir, both data type is important. During the MSc and the work placement, I learnt a lot about team work, analysis, problem solving etc…
