Head of learning and development, responsible for learning, leadership and talent development, CPD and organisational development. With a phd in  leadership in high pressured environment and over 25 years experience in learning and organisational development. 

Experience

Leading a team of 60 learning and development professionals and serving the development needs of 2000+ workforce, i use research and evidence based practice to problem solve and create innovative solutions that can be translated into actionable plans. Experience of working with strategic stakeholders both internally and externally, I bring people with me in an engaged way. A qualified project manager i bring structure and deliverable timelines to my work 

Education

A phd in leadership in high stakes high impact situations, I apply pragmatic research solutions that gain national interest. I co presented my research with the chief constable at the executive leadership development programme, for the most senior police leaders at national and international level
