My roles and responsibilities consist of taking food and beverages order on the till, serving customers food and beverages. I also must deal with any complaints that customers may have and helping to make sure that the shifts run smoothly by allocating roles to members of staff to ensure that every staff member knows what jobs they are doing for shifts. I also deal with cash and card payments on the tills. While providing a high level of customer service to every customer that visits the establishment.

My roles and responsibilities consist of taking food orders and taking cash and card payments through the till. I was also in charge of training new staff members and showing them daily routines with cleaning and showing them how to do the opening and closings.  While providing a high level of customer service.
