About Bhanu Kirupakaran:

I am Computer Science student, who has just completed their penultimate year at the University of St Andrews. I enjoy the creativity and lateral thinking involved when faced with an unfamiliar challenge, so I am keen to apply my technical and problem-solving skills in a new contexts. I look forward to the lifelong commitment to learning and overcoming challenges that come with a career in technology. I am currently looking for an internship in field that will allow me to build upon my established skill set in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 

Experience

Advanced skills in Python and Java (strong interest in design patterns) 

Intermediate skills in frontend and backend website development: experience with vanilla JavaScript, React, Vue, Flask, Node.js and MongoDB 

Experience using GitHub and Webpack for build tooling  

Experience using Agile and Scrum methodology to implement a medium-size software application within a university group project 

Beginner skills in C, Haskell and Prolog  

Education

Currently studying Computer Science BSc at University of St Andrews. On track to acheive at 2:1.
