  • Experienced in a fast paced and ever changing environment with over 500 people are part of it
  • Recruiting, training, coaching and supporting organizers
  • Lead and supervise activity sessions by encouraging. supporting and guiding Activators and participants
  • Administrative work - updating data/dashboard, Activity register, graph, taking minutes
  • Oversee and maintain organizers productivity to improve KPI
  • Shadowing sessions to find potential in team members to upskill them.
  • Placing orders for departments, payment of invoices, reconciliation 
  • Communicating with suppliers, local education authority and creditors
  • Managing cost centers, budget and monitoring response
  • Petty cash, collection of dinner and trip money, banking on daily basis
  • Updating payroll data; Updating staff absence and recruitment information
  • Report to bursar and head teacher
