Being the sole denim designer I cover all woven product for formal, casual, going out & leisure across a

number of brands covering the core, mainstream, fashion & mature. I work closely with other designers &

buyers across product/fabric areas & I have a strong relationship with the buying & merchandising

team .

As a sourcing consultant, Multi product designer across jersey & woven product. Customers include their own

wholesale brands, Asos, Alexa Chung, Rose Nair, C17 , JD Williams, Bohoo and many high end/start up brands

which make high quality and lower quantites. I meet with customers showing own product together with the

newest fabrics & the latest designs as well as working into the customers briefs. Collatng key trends, catwalk

reports & CAD boards with specs are also part of my role.

Responsibilities include:

- Trend boards & visualisation with presentations through the year

- Key colour trends & palettes

- Create moodboards to show to clients

- Developing ranges from sample shopping & speci cation through to ft & production

- Catwalk analysis & presentation

- US & European Comp shop & Trade show reports

- Full design & development of garment & range

- Fabric knowledge & sourcing

- Original Print artwork & graphics

- Fast fashion catwalk reaction design development for OTB

- Photo  ts & styling

- Keeping the critical path running smoothly, including retail strategies and marketing support

- Sales analysis and strategy implementation in partnership with planning to hit budget goals.

- Awareness of brands and competitors service levels.

- Ability to react to changing demands of the market place.
