Conducted market research for Babbu, an award-winning learning platform for parents and children in the first five years, as part of the International Business - Global Trade Accelerator project. 

Analysed market attractiveness, customer segments, competitive landscape, and innovation trends for Babbu’s product/service in the Middle East, with a focus on Abu Dhabi and UAE. 

Identified opportunities and challenges for market entry and growth, as well as government support and regulations for exporters and trade sectors in the target market. 

Applied NLP techniques to extract insights on customer perceptions and feedback towards Babbu’s brand and offerings. 

Delivered a final report with a SWOT analysis, data-driven insights, and actionable recommendations for Babbu’s expansion strategy. 

UNIQUE VOICE (Consulting Project) February 2023 – March 2023 
Business Consultant 

Processed and analysed text data from Google Forms, containing feedback from parents who used Unique Voice’s holiday package for their children. 

Applied sentiment analysis to measure customer satisfaction and experience and identify areas of improvement. 

Created a live dashboard using Looker Studio, connected to the Google Forms data, to monitor company performance in real-time. 

Enhanced data-driven decision-making and performance improvement by providing insights and metrics through the dashboard. 

Ensured smooth integration and adoption of the dashboard with existing tools and systems used by Unique Voice.
