With over 20 years of experience in the built environment, including design management, project leadership, and a specialized focus on smart home technologies and lighting control systems, I possess a deep understanding of how to create exceptional living spaces. 

My expertise lies in the design and programming of sophisticated smart home systems, with a particular emphasis on lighting control. I am highly proficient in Control4 and Lutron programming, and have extensive experience with lighting control systems including DALI and DMX. For the past 3.5 years, I served as M&E Design Manager at Hestia SL, where I was responsible for delivering fully integrated solutions for numerous luxury residences. In this role, I honed my ability to: 

• Create bespoke lighting schemes that seamlessly integrate with the architecture and interior design of high-end homes. 
• Program complex lighting scenes to enhance ambiance, functionality, and energy efficiency. 
• Integrate lighting control systems with other smart home technologies, such as audio-visual systems, security, and HVAC. 
• Collaborate effectively with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery. 

My diverse background, including leadership roles in Iran and the UK, has equipped me with the skills to manage complex projects, meet deadlines, and exceed client expectations.
