Bobby Sangha

I have over 20 years experience in warehouse industry, and over 10 years experience in management. Working for Yusen logistics previously known as NYK logistics.  I particularly enjoyed the day to day operations of the warehouse where i was able to develop pick, packing skills working my way up to team leader after 3 years. In this role i managed a team 10, supervising the operations of import anf exporting goods. I delegated staff to utilise there skills and experience to ensure the job was fulfilled to the best of its capacity. I then moved on to DHL based at East Midlands where i managed up to 10 staff members to assist and supervise with the logistics of import and exports of goods into the airport. I recruited and managed the health and safety paperwork for each staff member, SOP, SSOW, KPI's that were met every month, training employees before starting on site. Building excellent relationships with the customer to bring in revenue and reduce costs. I helped succeed in the profit revenue for 80% in comparison to previous years before I started. We completed all the construction work that took place that the airport which I assisted and also support Stanstead and Gatwick airport as the team was combined. Also assisted with start up contracts and networking directly reporting to the VP.
