For the past 16 years I have worked in various places thus gaining diverse experiences. In my previous roles in care work, I've gained a wide range of essential skills that can benefit this position. I believe the most crucial skills I've acquired are communication, patience, empathy, and resilience. Working with vulnerable people can be extremely challenging; therefore, the ability to cope with stressful situations is crucial to the job. My empathy towards patients makes a significant difference in their well-being. I always keep an open line of communication to understand their needs better. In addition to that, as you can see from my CV i have been able to obtain my HNC in social services but i am willing to undergo any necessary training when needed.

I am carer, and  have been care setting for 17 years. I have worked with both children and adults, and I have experienc wit childre an adult ,  gained more knowledge of my work and I love to contribute it to the company
