 I am currently in a Lecturer Role at Level 5, Diploma in Education and Training and previously held a Level 6 position in Diploma in Teaching and Learning. I Teach this Course at a College to Adult Student Learners and they All have Objectives of working towards their Aim, which is to Become Future Teachers. I strive in Helping and Supporting them to Achieve this Goal by using different strategies and Assessment of Learning.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             

I also enjoy my role as a Lecturer as I can manage my own workload and others that I can Mentor as colleagues. I also Engage my students in 1:1 tutorial Sessions where I can help them in sorting out any Pending Issues that may range from being related to their Work Assignments or personal Circumstances that may hinder their Progress and Development. I also look for ways of improving myself at all times in my work field of Professionalism by Engaging in Workshops at my workplace (College) and outside of work which Demonstrates my CPD. Having thoroughly researched the sector, I am drawn to education Institution by the focus on professional and purposeful, working towards shared strategic goals and managing resources well. Forward-looking, engaging with the wider social and economic environment. Working in partnership with a range of organisations in the public, private and voluntary sectors. This appeals to me as I believe the solution to sustainable economic development lies in collaboration. The Aim and objectives being to Encourage Students back and into Educational Work Force.
