Achieved key performance metrics: 99.20% premium service, 99.80% overall service, and 99.90% ETA accuracy whilst empathising the use of the most cost-effective methods.

Completed a business management degree with modules in marketing, strategic management, accounting, and innovation, alongside non-business subjects like computing and German. Developed critical thinking and research skills through a combination of in-person, online, and blended learning.
