With the ability to learn new skills with minimal training or supervision, I am looking to develop a long and successful career with a forward thinking and innovative organisation.

I have worked as a Customer Service Agent for Teleperformance between 2018-2021 who were contracted by the Clydesdale, Yorkshire Bank and Virgin Money. I assisted with training of new starts on the call floor demonstrating telephone skills and various bank processes. I was additionally trained in the Online Banking platforms, credit cards and online chat.
