I am a motivated and dedicated student who has completed my A levels and gained valuable work experience by working part time at Starbucks during the holidays and weekends. This experience has not only helped me develop essential skills but has also shaped my work ethic and determination. Working at Starbucks has allowed me to excel in a fast-paced environment, where I've developed my multitasking abilities and time management skills. I've learned to prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service even during busy hours. I have also gained valuable experience working in John Francis Lettings. I am a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong educational background in engineering. I successfully completed my GCSE in engineering, where I gained a solid understanding of fundamental principles and developed essential problem-solving skills. Building upon this foundation, I pursued an A-level in engineering, delving into more advanced topics and specialized coursework.

Starbucks Barista 2021 - 2024 Working part time at Starbucks has provided me with a valuable set of skills that extend beyond the coffee shop environment. Through my experience as a barista, I have developed my customer service skills, learning to interact with a diverse clientele, address enquiries and concerns, and consistently deliver exceptional service. The fast-paced nature of the job has enhanced my time management abilities, allowing me to efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously, from taking orders to preparing beverages and ensuring a clean and organized workspace. 

John Francis Lettings March 2024 - May 2024 In my role as a lettings agent I've accumulated a wealth of experience across various critical areas. I have developed strong client relationship management skills through close interactions with landlords and tenants, ensuring their needs are understood and met with efficiency and professionalism. Additionally, my problem-solving abilities have been put to the test in resolving conflicts and handling administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail. I have gained valuable experience working on my own initiative and also working as part of a team
