  • Worked directly with senior leadership to translate business objectives into actionable and realistic marketing campaigns, proactively reviewing KPI performance and responding dynamically to maximise ROI.
  • Led cross-functional stakeholders towards a shared goal, ensuring the effective and timely execution of all activity within the region.
  • Managed and strengthened stakeholder relationships by establishing consistent communication and rebuilding trust in a previously neglected region, positioning marketing as a strategic partner to support commercial objectives
  • Delivered measurable performance improvements through CRM optimisation and strategically engaging content - including a delivered email increase of 29.4%.
  • Presented strategic insights, SWOT analyses and departmental capabilities to directors and management, directly influencing short and long-term decisions and the direction of regional marketing.
