Callum Sherry

My name is Callum and I have been working hard to improve my skills and knowledge through the apprenticeship program within the IT Professional Environment. I started to study at university, but I found that I prefer to learn with a hands-on approach, so an apprenticeship program was better suited to me. I started at level 2 and have now completed level 3. I have had several years now working in different schools, Primary and Secondary and very familiar with the more common applications and day to day maintenance and ethics that schools strive for, with some experience in working on Helpdesk. I would love the opportunity to study A+ and other qualifications to improve my knowledge and improve already existing installations.

I have a passion to learn more about Networking and Server applications currently. these areas are something I would like to study mainly.

I would describe myself as highly motivated and enthusiastic with a kind nature and down to earth personality and with a passion for computers and IT, and all things technology.

3-4 years on IT Helpdesk in multiple primary and secondary schools with the experience of working on helpdesk included.  

Secondary Education with C in maths, English equivalent and science. BBB in ICT and B in R.E.

College Education with a PPP grade in games technology

Level 2 and Level 3 apprentice in IT complete
