As a manager at PANDA & SONS, I leverage my passion for bartending, drinks creation and team management to create memorable experiences for our customers. With over 5 years of experience in the industry, I have developed a keen eye for detail and a knack for multitasking. I am also an active owner member of the Blue Door Bartending team, where I collaborate with two childhood friends to run pop-up cocktail events and photography across Scotland. My goal is to continue learning and growing as a professional in the hospitality sector, while sharing my love for the craft with others.

From working my way to management at one of the best bars in the world to running consistent events with blue door bartending, I have have great knowledge of the running and maintaining maintaining high volume cocktails bars while also holding to high standards.
