Level 3 CIMPSA certified Personal trainer and fitness instructor for over ten years. Class instructor for HITT and cardio based exercise. Boxing coaching and nutrition advisor. I train private clients at their homes and local gum members in local park spaces. My experience has led me to manage a private gym/ studio for the charity YMCA based in central Londo.
