I work in the Automotive and Medical Device Industry with companies such as Mercedes Benz, Ford, BMW, Honda, and Cooper companies. I am specialized in Electrical Vehicles and car batteries. I program and commission control systems and HMI for Special Purpose Machinery such as Medical Devices for the High Speed Manufacturing of Optical Lenses, Polymer Extruders, Web Formers, Calenders, Centrifugal Blowers, Washer Tank and Bracket Assembly Machines, Engine Block Conveyor Systems, Skillet Conveyor Systems, Lubrication Systems, Dosing Systems, Pneumatic Press Machines, Crank Shaft and Powertrain Axle Balancing Machines, Automated Drilling Machines, Overwrapping and Packaging Machines, Transmission Filling Machines, and Hydraulic Power Units. I have followed through project life cycles where I worked independently with all engineering disciplines involving duties such as writing hardware component lists, purchasing hardware components, meetings with suppliers and clients, designing and programming PLC and HMI programs, configuring communication systems, building/assembling machinery, assembling and wiring electrical control cabinets, FAT, and commissioning.

I typically program PLCs with Siemens TIA Portal, Allen Bradley Studio 5000 Logix Designer, and Mitsubishi GX Developer. I have experience with Siemens S7, Schneider SoMachine, and Beckhoff TwinCat. Normal routines include HMI programming, configuring industrial communication systems (ProfiNet), servo motors, variable frequency drives, vision systems, Cognex cameras and barcode scanners.
