Currently, I am on Maternity Leave and looking to ease back into work going part-time.
I have plenty of experience in using a variety of the Microsoft Office programmes; creating large databases on Excel, to creating professional brochures using Microsoft Word, as well as daily useage on Outlook and sometimes on PowerPoint. I am very efficient, have a keen eye for detail, and work to the best standards as I am proud of the work I do.
I also have excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, being friendly and professional, having worked on phones and face-to-face in my previous jobs. All the customers and clients were very happy to see me, as I always greeted them with a smile, and have been very helpful to them.
I am extremely reliable and have the ability to adapt, work towards and within deadlines and excellent at prioritising my work load.
Experience
As a Strategic Project Administrator for 1492 Ltd
I was the sole administrator in the company, therefore I am well rounded skill-wise.
On a daily basis, I processed CV's and data, as well as updating job boards and the company's social media.
I am skilled at using Microsoft Excel including the use of formulas, V-lookup, Pivot tables, and have created databases and an interactive dashboard from scratch. I also designed a variety of Professional Brochures from scratch just by using Microsoft Word, as there wasn’t access to Adobe InDesign/ Photoshop.
I also worked very closely with the MD, acting as PA.
