Caroline Coulthard

I have 10 years experience in administration, customer service, and business development. I have worked in a variety of settings which has enabled me to build a strong set of skills in administration, supporting senior leadership, and working closely with marketing teams and external agencies. 

I have a very keen attention to detail, and I am highly organised. With a warm and professional demeanour I am able to work very well in a team, and in supporting customers and clients. I previously won Employee of the Year, and I have been successful in my roles gaining numerous promotions along the way. 

I am a highly independent person, and I always enjoy being a valuable asset to any organisation, contributing and supporting the team at all times. My written and verbal communication is to a very high standard, as are my IT skills and my ability to work with many software systems, Microsoft packages, and CRM systems. 

I am looking for the next step in my career, and I believe I am a great addition to any team.

Previously to this I completed a ‘Understanding Autism’ course with Doncaster college in 2023, a refresher in ‘Child Protection’ with the NSPCC, and a HM ‘Prevent’ course, both in 2023 as well.

I gained 3 A Levels at Tapton School in 2008, achieving an A in Performing Arts, a B in English Literature, and a C in Sociology.
