Experience
I began my current role as an Assistant Psychologist, quickly progressing to a Senior Assistant Psychologist and Team Leader, and then stepping up into the role that I am currently in. This role has allowed me to work closely with clients suffering with mental health difficulties and symptoms of neurodivergence through one to one and group support. Responsibilities include:
· Leading a diverse team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
· Providing regular feedback and mentorship to team members, encouraging professional growth and development.
· Conducting regular team meetings to ensure clear communication of goals, expectations, and project updates.
· Developing and implementing innovative projects to enhance the performance of the team.
· Working closely with ex-offenders to support them to reintegrate back into society and managing clients at risk of suicide.
· Recognising and addressing individual team member strengths and areas for improvement, tailoring support to enhance overall team performance.
· Facilitating conflict resolution and maintain a positive team dynamic, ensuring all team members are aligned with project objectives.
· Delegating tasks effectively, ensuring that team members are working to their strengths and project needs are met efficiently.
· Maintaining confidential client information effectively.
· Developing plans for business expansion.
· Effective stakeholder management and coordination to ensure effective contract management.
· Creating safety plans and implementing safeguarding measures when necessary.
· Conducting one to one and group sessions with clients struggling with a range of different mental health issues.
