N1 Sports Bar: HR/General Administrator November 2022 – Present
Administering the new starter process of employees including checking right to work, drafting of
contracts and offers of employment. Maintaining accurate employee files, supporting the ordering of
equipment, stationery and uniforms. Uploading and onboarding new starters, conducting monthly audit
checks for expiring visas and document, along with government checks to confirm working status.
Interviewing and selecting suitable candidates, providing clerical and administrative support to the
general manager. Handling discrete information related to employee relations, changes in the
organisation, performances, confidential information issues and other sensitive HR- related matters.
Also, supporting the general manager by designing impactful and engaging graphics and content for
social media platforms and supporting with the maintenance of website.
