Catherine Hartley

Catherine has over ten years of experience with physical and  mental health illnesses. She is passionate about inspiring people to challenge their own negative perceptions and guide them towards a more positive direction. Catherine strongly believes in teaching the children essential coping mechanisms in order to save them from the struggle of becoming an adult without any. 

Catherine specialises in talking therapy, family dysfunction, abuse, domestic violence, mental health, addiction counselling and trauma based perception therapy.
