Achievements:

  • Updated the FARFETCH tone of voice in accordance with the brand’s values alongside the Editorial and Product teams. I created new documentation and conducted several rounds of team training and feedback. Over 100,000 PLPs have been updated by my team of writers to be inline our new TOV under my supervision.
  • Trained an AI machine to create copy that meets our writing standards and tone of voice.
  • Grew the sites organic visits by 26% year or year and improved average position of Google Search Page by over 1 position.
