I bring over ten years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, and logistics, primarily within the FMCG and retail sectors. My expertise spans demand forecasting, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and commercial awareness.

Most recently I have worked in Lidl GB for six and a half years. Initially in a regional Supply Chain team heading up the outbound supply chain team prioritising store and customer availability through optimising forecast for the store orders and promotional activities whilst balancing minimising waste. For the last four years I have been part of the senior logistics team opening Lidl's largest warehouse in Luton, and headed up the inbound team taking it from planning the team and warehouse to the current operation where we received in 4,500 pallets a day and managed a team of 100+ colleagues.

I’ve thrived in fast-paced, high-growth environments and successfully adapted my skills to retail, restaurant, and hospitality management—demonstrating versatility, humility, and a hands-on leadership style.
