Responsible for generating revenue and managing clients in the Corporate Film division

Purpose Group is a property management company who manage multiple sites including a
Film and TV Studio, event spaces, cafes and bars and light industrial spaces
- Responsible for the generation of revenue from filming, photography and event sales across
- multiple sites including 200,000 sqft Film and TV Studio with 7 Stages
- Secured over £6 million of revenue in two years through negotiating contracts with Netflix,
- Sky TV, Leftbank Pictures, Roughcut TV and Apple TV
- Developed and implemented the Sales and Marketing Strategy
- Set and review annual budgets and deliver targets
- Responsible for Business Development and Account management of clients
- Built lasting relationships with key decision makers and develop partnerships
- Lead a team of five individuals within sales, marketing and operations teams

- Set up venue finding agency, Venuefinder Concierge, with relevant IATA and TIDS accreditation
- Designed and implemented a system for qualifying enquiries and progressing them to proposals
- Utilised Salesforce as a CRM system for Venuefinder Concierge and complete all the commission invoicing paperwork
- Arranged and attended site visits with clients for a range of events from team building to Conferences
