I have over 20 year call ceter experience  working In Sky,HMRC and caslewater. I can build good repore with customers whiles being firm but fare.I can work on my own using my own initiative but im also happy working as part of a team.The last 4 years have been as team lead in collections I would work out the weekly rota ensuring that all lines of buisness were covered.
