 • Oversee and design all prints for Retail, Runway, Leather goods, Special Projects, and Soft Accessories. • Work closely with Creative/Design director and all senior design leads to build concepts and design multiple prints for each project/season • Direct and review all work from my team before it is presented to senior directors. • Present all print/concept for Retail, Runway, Leather goods, Special Projects, and Soft Accessories to cross categories. • Line manage and direct print designers, apprentices and freelance project based designers. • Responsible for developing all the soft accessory category including designing and developing seasonal essentials, trend focus pieces, material sourcing, developing color palettes, trend analysis, design presentations, supplier briefing, range building and problem-solving technical difficulties. • Coordinated and managed scarves moving into DTV and then licensing. Built all the processes, print tools, archives and step by step guidelines.

Directly impacting the transformation of Coach brand since 2016 with designs adopted for Lady Gaga, JLO, Michael B Jordan, Selena Gomez, Lana Del Ray, Debbie Harry, Kiko, Chloe Moretz, Kate Moss, Lil Nas, Storm Reid, and Rowan Blanchard etc • Present and communicate creatively fresh Concepts, Prints, Drawing and Colourways. Work closely with cross functional teams showing strong multi-tasking abilities. • Creative Prints and Artworks I Have designed have received mass recognition and appreciation for Coach in the Fashion industry with designs being worn at the Meta Gala by Maggie Rodgers, Grammys by Benn Platt and Brit Awards by Lily Allen.
