Charlie Duffield

Ive worked in early years since I left school, 6 years from now. I have had different roles, but I’d like to go into nannying. I love exploring the outdoors and going on different adventure. I am active who enjoys the gym, especially 1-2-1 boxing. I can be quiet but once I’m comfortable I can be seen as bubbly and loud. I enjoy listening to music and drawing things, like animals. I can be creative. 

Been working in childcare for 6years, before this I was studying my level 3 for 2years with work experience throughout the course. I’ve worked in part time and full time nurseries, from term time to all year round. I’ve been in each age room, and room leader in the babies (3months-2years), and room leader in the 2-3year old room. I also have a younger sister that I use to help out with so my mum can go into work. I pick up a child in the term time on a Monday for 3hours, we go on little outings and to hers, where I will do her dinner and care for her until her mum is back. I also babysit different families in the last two years.
