KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACHIEVEMENTS
 Support General Manager in all areas of Depot responsibility to ensure Depot attainment of H&S, environmental, fleet compliance and P&L targets, acting as deputy in General Manager absence
 Support on ensuring the £800,000 budget is met
 Control/monitor performance of Drivers, Production and Admin to ensure H&S compliance, best working
practices and efficiencies, material flows in and out of the depot, customer service and service delivery
 Direct reports: 1 x Operations Manager and 1 x Production Manager. Indirect 22 Front Line Employees
 Ensure that both strong and poor performances are addressed

UK Logistics and Administration Manager – Smurfit Kappa Recycling, UK 2019
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACHIEVEMENTS
 Responsible for the management of UK logistics and the commercial administration team
 Implement solutions to reduce costs and improve efficiency
 Work together as part of the management team to control and monitor the performance of logistics operations
