-Supporting Apple inc customers by tracking, and preventing fraudulent orders processing. Tracking orders, completing address checks, and validating genuine customers                                                        -Using various online databases including social media, iCloud, and yellow pages.                                    -Telephone screening of customers to identify suspicious behavior and block fraudulent customers from making further purchases Chat and email support to Apple customers in the UK and Ireland.        -Also Resolving cancelations, delivery delays, and other customer complaints  * Role Ended due to it being moved back to Ireland*
