June 2018 to January 2022       RS Clare & Co Ltd – HR Administrator

• Originally a 3-month position as an Intern 
• General administration, phones, emails, post, signing in and greeting visitors etc.
• My main projects at RS Clare were to assist in producing up to date HR Policies, creation of the new employee handbook, updating the induction packs and working with management to renew all job descriptions across the business.
• This role had a focus on dealing with recruitment and selection, onboarding, policies and procedures, payroll, monitoring sickness, safely storing and updating employee records, preparing for audits, training as well as learning and development.
• I was able to work on higher level HR strategy projects including assisting on creating a new competency framework and moving to online appraisals.
• I’m my last year, I had built up an e-learning platform, inputting competencies, linking training, designing courses and presenting it across the business. I also have a lot of experience with network rail training.

2014 to Current                         Mararve Ltd – HR Advisor

• Advisor on key HR issues, providing practical help on key policy and procedure documents along with their implementation; I keep the company up to date on changes in employment law and legislation. 
• I advised on recruitment and selection, absences, disciplinaries and investigations as well as assist with any documentation that is required.
• This is a small construction business that does not require a HR department, any work I do as outside support is weekend based.

2008 to 2020                            Technical Services & Distribution 

• This is our family business; the role includes all management duties while owner is on leave and additional work during busy periods.
• I have extensive knowledge of our logistic systems and contribute to maintaining high company standards through providing excellent customer service. 
• I have a longstanding relationship with our clients, and I am confident in liaising with them to provide accurate quotes, services and any queries they may have.

• General waiting staff duties of serving and customer service
• Training new bar staff on policy, procedure, and customer service as well as on the menu and pricing.
• I produced staff rotas ensuring that we were never short staffed during busy periods such as weekends and during the football.
