I am a student at the University of Bristol with over three years of experience in the hospitality industry. I am trained in food hygiene/safety regulations; and am particularly adept in all things customer service.

Taco Bell Crew Member - September 2022-present

 ● Temporary crew member at Taco Bell. Tasks involve providing customer service, preparing food, and cleaning down/sanitising at the end of a shift. 

Volunteer - September 2022-present 

● Volunteer at Borderlands, a local charity which provides services for refugees and asylum seekers coming to the area. Tasks include customer service and general administration responsibilities 

Food and Beverage Assistant - January 2020-September 2022 

● F&B assistant at the ‘Aviator’ - an ‘AA red star’ awarded hotel 

● Tasks involve waitressing, taking orders, communicating with kitchen staff, and developing customer service skills; all to a very high standard

 Young Visitors Programme - January 2020

 ● Chosen amongst 20 sixth formers from across the country to participate in a visit to the EU 

● Had conversations with NGOs and MEPs (Members of European Parliament). Also took part in a number of problem solving and public speaking activities

● I have a 'Distinction' qualification in GCSE Public Speaking, and a grade 5 (B) in GCSE Mathematics
