As a  carer I provide personalised care for a variety of individuals with different backgrounds and illnesses. This allowed me to engage and better my communication skills in many cases to help and understand clients and my coworkers.

Experience

My most recent job roles have been a community carer(8/21-3/22) and now a carer in a care home(from 3/22). These care roles have allowed me to provide personalised care for a variety of patients with different backgrounds and illnesses. This allowed me to engage and better my communication skills in many cases to help and understand residents and my coworkers. Another skill that was enhanced during this role was my time management skill as I had to work with great quality and speed, ensuring that all of my patients received the best care possible.
