As a healthcare professional, my role encompasses several important responsibilities. Firstly, I conduct structured medication reviews for patients with ongoing health issues, focusing on improving patient safety, outcomes, and value by adopting a person-centered approach. Additionally, I contribute to the development of a comprehensive framework within the Cardiology Directorate, aiming to ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective use of medication resources. This involves providing education and training, implementing procedures and protocols, and offering valuable information on medication usage.

Furthermore, I actively participate as a team member in a pilot study on Thai herbs during the pandemic response. In this capacity, I am responsible for overseeing data collection and organization. Collaborating closely with data analysts, I contribute to interpreting findings, identifying trends, and drawing meaningful conclusions from the gathered data.

Lastly, as a co-lecturer and hospital-based pharmacist, I have the privilege of mentoring pharmacist-trainees in both acute care and ambulatory care settings. This role allows me to share my expertise and knowledge, guiding aspiring pharmacists throughout their training and assisting them in developing the necessary skills for success in the field.
