1. Students' Officer     09/2023 –
Responsibilities and achievements:
● Collaborated with other officers and the management of the Student Union to successfully organize and host a winter conference that was attended by over 100 delegates from 20 different universities.
● Introduced and led the Mature Students Network to provide better representation and collaborate on ways to enhance their university experience.
● Collaborated with other officers to organize engagement events for various communities of students including student parents, commuting student and mature students with the aim of providing safe spaces for them. These events exceeded attendance targets by over 30%.
● Creating surveys, carrying out student engagement events to gain insightful feedback that is used to advocate for students’ rights, especially regarding the welfare and university experience of mature students.
● Promoting inclusion and participation of mature students within the union.

2. Relationship Manager       04/2019 – 01/2023
Responsibilities and achievements:
● Managed commercial business relationships and ensured their confidentiality was always protected including the provision of all necessary business support.
● Managed the team budgets including invoices and expenses, ensuring financial control, and ensuring that expenses are not exceeded.
● Analysed business trends, forecasting company performance using tools such as financial statement analysis, project management, feasibility studies to prepare and present customer loan approval reports and memos to the senior management team.
● Started a new team from ground zero and successfully met all profitability indices by over 120% within one year.
● Maintained and prepared of the Team’s financial statements for monthly performance reviews using accounting and finance software.

3. Branch Manager      01/2017 – 03/2019
Responsibilities and achievements:
● Managed and supervised front desk staff in both cash and customer service functions.
● Positioned the branch as one of the top 3 branches in the country based on qualitative indices such as ambience, achieving service level agreements (SLA) and other customer engagement metrices.
● The branch successfully broke even after recording losses for several years.
● Increased the branch’s audit performance from a very poor rating to an excellent rating.
● In collaboration with the frontline team, successfully reduced customer complaints by over 70% within 9 months.
