Chloe Heacock

I am currently employed at a care team manager and have worked with dementia now for over ten years. I would love to remain in the health care industry but I feel my time working in a care home has come to an end and I have gained all I can, and worked my way up as high as I can go in my current employment. I am very driven and motivated to learn.

Started as a HCA and worked my way up to Team Manager where my duty’s include:

administering medication including insulin 

moving and handling trainer

raising safeguardings 

working with HSCC

writing and updating service user care plans

organising and running the shift

holding supervisions

holding interviews 

liasing with outside professionals such as community mental health teams, HSCC, SALTs teams, community nurses, GP‘s,  community physiotherapists.
