I have developed a strong skill base and solid commercial acumen over the years. Appointments held range from executive management, senior finance, and operational positions. Merging prior experience with my interim work including the co-ordination of transformation projects led by the implementation of new technology, I have amassed an impressive array of transferable skills. Resilient in nature and an eye for detail I have continually adapted and progressed formulas for success, thriving in high-pressure environments, particularly within companies undergoing rapid change through mergers, acquisitions, reforms, or specific one-off projects. By taking an end-to-end holistic approach I am able to seek the right solution a company needs. My approach allows me to interact with Executives and Operations alike, providing a conduit, between an SLT’s strategic direction, and translating the expectations into focused activities or projects needed by a business to achieve change or proactively laying the foundations to move towards with a new target operating model.
