Hi there.  My name is Chris and I have spent my adult life working in customer service as a call centre agent.  I have worked both in office and from home, and have worked both phone teams and webchat teams.  I have six years experience the line of work and that experience was all with the one company.  I do like to consider myself a long term employee who doesn't want to jump about from job to job.
