I am an accomplished and committed H&S, Business Compliance and Loss Prevention Manager with a proven 
track record in making a positive difference in the workplace to make it safe, legal, compliant, and having a positive 
impact on shrink. Experience is held in various industries including Retail, Manufacturing and Pharmaceutical 
Wholesale Distribution.
I have gained considerable experience in Health and Safety, Loss Prevention, and Quality & Risk Management. 
This includes establishing and implementing policies and procedures, risk assessments, with auditing capabilities 
that support government and manufacturing standards (Home Office, Medicines, and Healthcare products 
Regulatory Agency (MHRA), Health and Safety Executive (HSE), Fire Safety (Fire Order), amongst others. 
With clear and effective communication skills, I have the ability to translate and present complicated information 
simply to all levels, in a variety of platforms and formats. I am a decisive team player who leads by example, 
influencing at all levels through knowledge, capability, understanding and teamwork.
